Director Steve James’ latest film, “No Crossover: The Trial of Allen Iverson,” premiered at SXSW 2010. In an interview with PBS James spoke about what compelled him to direct this film that documents the racially charged trial of a young basketball star. James previously directed the award winning Hoop Dreams and is currently working on a new PBS documentary - The Interrupters.
